Testworld Mission 2.0 Track 3 Update – End of Epoch 2 ✅
Network Performance Testing continues to progress. Experienced node operators are helping ensure the protocol is ready for a major upgrade that will bring easier ZK programmability to Mina mainnet 🔜
Here’s what happened in Epoch 2 ↓
• 200 extra nodes were spun up for 96 hours
• Load testing was paused after two critical bugs were reported
• Teams are working overtime to resolve the issues
Don’t worry, this is exactly what testnets are for! Finding and fixing problems now is essential for a smooth upgrade later.
Next in Epoch 3 ↓
• Load testing will resume
• ZK smart contract deployment continues
• More complexity introduced
